Australian Margot Robbie has been nominated for an Oscar for best actress for her role in I, Tonya, while lavish monster romance The Shape of Water has fished out a leading 13 nominations.
Robbie will be the leading Australian hope at the 90th annual Academy Awards, to be held on March 5 (AEDT), for her portrayal of controversial figure skater Tonya Harding.
