SINGER Paul Young has been left heartbroken after his wife died aged 52 following a two-year battle with brain cancer.
Stacey Young – mum to Paul’s three children and her son Jude – passed away surrounded by family and friends.
The Every Time You Go Away singer wrote on Twitter: “Sadly Stacey has passed away today after a 2 year fight with brain cancer.
“She died peacefully at our home surrounded by family, friends and her four children: Levi, Layla, Grady and Jude”.
Spandau Ballet founder Steve Norman paid tribute to her on Twitter.
He wrote: “So shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Stacey Young.
