15-year-old threatens Joondalup shop worker with knife

Joondalup Shopping Centre.DETECTIVES have charged a man and a boy in relation to an armed robbery at Lakeside Joondalup shopping centre on Friday.

Police allege three male youths entered a shop, taking items of clothing. When challenged by an employee, a 15-year-old produced a knife and made threats.

The retail worker had her clothing sliced by the knife as the youth turned to leave the store, police will also allege.

A 21 year old man from Dudley Park was charged with Aggravated Armed Robbery and is due to in the Perth Magistrates Court today.

A 15 year old boy, also from Dudley Park, was charged with Aggravated Armed Robbery and is due to appear in the Perth Children’s Court today.
