Telstra says it is aware of outages to its mobile phone services.
The company responded to customer complaints on Twitter with the message: “We’re aware of an issue impacting our mobile network. Sorry for any inconvenience.”
In a statement, Telstra said, “We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible”.
The outage comes after a similar incident on May 1, when a nationwide issue prevented thousands of customers from making or receiving calls for several hours.
